- Find my Car
- Roof racks
Over 132,777 people through the gates and given it was two years since the last physical event, it was wonderful to have the site revived with people reconnecting with family, friends, colleagues and us - the exhibitors.
This year we again teamed up with Ironman and together we had one of the more visually stimulating stands displaying our top selling, and new products. Isuzu also embraced the Yakima range and displayed many of our products in lifestyle type situations on their top selling D-Max Utes.
Whilst the Fieldays are still primarily a rural and farm focused show, a good part of it is now dedicated to Auto with most major vehicle brands represented as well as the wide range of vehicle accessory suppliers. The importance of this show and the number of attendees it attracts, is such that a number of brands launch new models at the show, Yakima also recognises this unique annual opportunity and this year we launched our new RuggedLine Platform mounting system. We were rewarded with massive interest and many forward orders from both new car purchasers and existing Ute and 4wd owners, wanting a carrying solution that was not only versatile and practical, one that also looked "awesome".
Our Bike carriers were also demonstrated 100's of times with the JustClick for E Bike owners being particularly well received with its easy to fit and remove from the towball design, and features like a handy accessory ramp for ease of loading. As popular as the JustClick was, it didn't hold a candle to the HangOver vertical bike carrier for "Wow" factor with many people saying " how good is that" and "why didn't someone think of this earlier".
With local travel booming and more people realising that roof top tents transform cars into mobile homes with little effort, our SkyRise Roof Top Tent was certainly a drawcard also. Roof top tents offer more freedom, more mobility and can get you closer to nature.
All in all it was another fantastic Fieldays and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.
