For those whose car boots bulge at the seams on summer trips, Yakima has launched the SkyBox 16S, a cargo box that fits onto Whispbar, square and factory roof racks.
Yakima says the lid is 50 per cent stiffer than its previous boxes, so it vibrates less and is easier to open and shut one-handed. The box is designed to fit most vehicles.
It is just over 2m long, weighs 21.3kg and has a capacity of 453l.
